1. How does Comfort Package Scheduling work?
You can set your own dates, or let us do it for you. Scheduling a treatment depends on the time of the season. During holidays and weekends, we advise that you call to schedule well in advance to receive a preferred time slot.
2. How soon prior to my event should I get applications?
Tell us the date and we can be there the day before or the day of the event. Whatever is more convenient for you.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card, or we can invoice you.
4. How long does the treatment take?
Depending on the size and nature of your property, the treatment may take anywhere from 15 minutes to one hour. On average, a crew is able to complete a job in 20 minutes.
5. How long does the treatment last?
The duration of the treatment is weather dependent. Generally, treatments last approximately seven (7) days.
6. Do I need to be home when the service is being completed?
No. Our crews are instructed to check in with the customer, unless otherwise specified, and will leave a doorknocker upon completion. If you have any areas of concern, please leave a message attached to the door so that the technicians will be aware of your concerns.
